All Star Weekend is saturated with invite only events and brand noise. The challenge was to create something open inclusive and genuinely valuable able to stand out while remaining authentic to Converse’s creative ethos.
the idea
An industrial warehouse was transformed into a Creative All Star hub an immersive space where sport music and art intersected. The experience centered on workshops conversations and performances led by athletes and creatives inviting the community inside the moment.
the INSIGHT
True influence is built through access, not exclusivity. By opening the doors and focusing on participation, Converse could create deeper connection and lasting relevance with emerging creatives.

The activation reframed how brands could show up during All Star Weekend shifting from spectacle to substance. Creative All Star Series emerged as a scalable platform that strengthened Converse’s relationship with youth and creative communities.
